How do I place an order? 

Simply browse our collections, select the product and options you would like, and add the item to your shopping cart. Follow the checkout instructions to complete your purchase. 

Are Jubilosa products made to order? 

Yes, Jubilosa products are made to order. This allows us to offer a wide variety of designs and products while reducing unnecessary inventory and waste. 

Because products may be created specifically for your order, please carefully review the product description, size information, color options, and other specifications before purchasing. 

Can I change or cancel my order after placing it? 

Because many of our products are made to order, orders may begin processing shortly after they are placed. If you need to request a change or cancellation, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate your request if production has not begun. 

How can I make sure I order the correct size? 

Please review the sizing information and size charts provided on the individual product page before placing your order. Measurements can vary between products and collections. 

For handbags, home décor, apparel, and other products with specific dimensions, always refer to the measurements listed on the product page. 

 Shipping 

Where does Jubilosa ship? 

Jubilosa currently ships within the United States. International shipping is planned for the future. 

How much does shipping cost? 

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order and shipping destination. 

We also periodically offer shipping promotions. Please check the website for current offers. 

Does Jubilosa offer free shipping? 

Yes. Jubilosa currently offers free shipping on orders over $100 with code FREESHIP100. Promotional offers may change, so please check the website for the current terms. 

How long will my order take? 

Products normally ship within 3 to 5 business days. Once your order ships, you will receive tracking information when available so you can monitor your order's progress. 

What should I do if my order arrives damaged? 

Please contact Jubilosa as soon as possible if your order arrives damaged. Include your order information and clear photographs of the damaged item and packaging so we can review the issue and determine the appropriate resolution with our production partner. 

Returns & Refunds 

Can I return an item if I change my mind? 

Because Jubilosa products are made to order, we generally do not accept returns or refunds for items simply because you changed your mind, selected the wrong size, or no longer want the item. 

Please carefully review product descriptions, measurements, size charts, colors, and options before ordering. 

What if I receive the wrong item? 

If you receive an item that does not match what you ordered, please contact us as soon as possible with your order information and photographs of the item received. 

Can I return an item because the color looks different from what I expected? 

Colors may appear slightly different depending on your monitor, phone, tablet, or other device settings. Please keep this in mind when ordering.

Are the colors on your products exactly as they appear on my screen? 

Not necessarily. Screen settings and lighting can affect how colors appear digitally. While we make every effort to represent our products accurately, slight color variations may occur. 

Are leather products made from real leather? 

Some Jubilosa handbags and accessories are available in genuine leather, including Nappa leather, while other products may use vinyl, oilcloth, or other materials. 

The exact material and available options are listed on each individual product page. 

Will a genuine leather handbag look exactly like the product photo? 

Not always. Genuine leather is a natural material, so variations in texture, grain, wrinkles, and surface appearance can occur. These natural characteristics are part of the individuality of genuine leather products. 

How should I care for my Jubilosa products? 

Care instructions vary by product. Always follow the care instructions provided on the individual product listing. 

For many printed accessories and décor items, gentle surface cleaning with a damp cloth is recommended. Avoid soaking products unless the specific product instructions state otherwise. 

Are your handbags and accessories handmade? 

Many of our handbags and accessories are handmade or handcrafted to order. Product pages will identify applicable craftsmanship and production details. 

Are all products available exactly as pictured? 

Product images are intended to give you a representation of the item. Some products offer choices such as size, material, finish, shape, or other options. Always review the product options and description before placing your order.
