Store Policy 

Thank you for shopping with us! We’re proud to offer thoughtfully designed, made-to-order products created just for you. All sales are final. Because each item is custom-made, we do not accept returns or offer refunds. However, your satisfaction matters to us, and we’re here to help if something isn’t right. 

If your order arrives damaged or incomplete, we’re happy to replace it. To request a replacement, please contact us at inquiries@danner-rucker.com within 7 days of delivery with the following information: 

  • Your order number 

  • A clear photo of the damaged item and/or packaging 

  • A brief description of the issue 

Once we verify the issue, we’ll process a replacement at no additional cost. 

Order Cancellations 

Because production begins shortly after your order is placed, we are unable to cancel or modify orders once they’ve been submitted.
